Als je zwanger wilt worden, is een gezonde basis belangrijk. Zorg goed voor jezelf, zowel fysiek als mentaal. Een paar tips van ons:
Gezonde leefstijl: Eet gevarieerd, beweeg regelmatig en vermijd stress.
Vitamines: Begin met foliumzuur voordat je zwanger wordt. Dit vermindert de kans op aangeboren afwijkingen.
Stop met schadelijke gewoontes: Vermijd roken, alcohol en drugs.
Ken je cyclus: Begrip van je vruchtbare dagen kan helpen bij het plannen.
Mentale gezondheid: Geef jezelf de ruimte en tijd; spanning kan invloed hebben op je lichaam.
